Golden Bowl Meditation - About 10 min

This is one of my favorite meditation practices as it prompts a very specific visualization that makes it easy to let go of any nagging thoughts or feelings, and gently but effectively re-directs focus toward the good we want to see and do in the world. It is my go-to meditation when I need to re-set, especially in challenging times.
